Finding The Right Food Plan For You

It has to work for you!
No, it doesn't mean a diet of whatever you want, whenever you want and as much as you want. Even thought I think that way is fine, but then again I'm overweight so don't go by me.

Anyways, any weight loss plan you do should work for you. Everyone is different and so are you. Yep, our bodies react differently to different foods. Some people even have food allergies.

Others can eat anything with no problem so for them, to them, it's just a matter of portion control. (That's something I really gotta learn how to do).

Maybe you are like me and are carb sensitive. Take time today to do some research... experiment... what kinds of food do you like to eat and why?  What's right for you?....

There are so many fad diets, so be careful what you choose... low fat, low carb, high fat, high carb, no carb, high protein, and on and on and on... What's the right one?

It can really make you go crazy.
Whatever you choose it should be something that you enjoy. That tastes good and is good for you. It can be done! Every meal you eat should be a #10 type of meal. It should taste great.

Make food you would eat even if you didn't want to loose a pound. Yes, it's about the food and what you eat but it's also about how much you eat.  Even too much of a good thing can be disastrous.

Midge knows that the biggest obstacle to losing weight is really the food. Yes, the food! There's nothing worse than trying to drop those extra pounds and eating food that's tasteless and boring. And most of all, you can't even imagine eating it for the rest of your life.

Midge's Bible Verse For The Day:
For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving,
because it is consecrated by the word of God and prayer.. (1 Timothy 4:4-5 )
